Coach Kaehler’s Body Balance program is an excellent process to help get through back pain and back to rowing. The entire process is very transparent and the exercises and stretches are explained in ways that make sense and help the athlete understand the source of the pain rather than just treating the symptoms. After seeing Coach Kaehler for a Body Balance evaluation I was back on the erg in 3 weeks, and 4 weeks after that I was able to complete a strenuous winter training trip with no pain.
