If you are upgrading your strength program please indicate which program you would like.

Strength Program Description: Each program comes with a video library

Level 1 is best for novice lifters or for those who are returning to lifting after a long lay-off (more than 12 months) this is an 8 Week program
Weeks 5-8 are challenging.

Level 2 – Challenging 12-Week Program. Does not have any Olympic Lifts

Level 3 or Level 4 – Challenging 12-Week Programs (with Olympic Lifts) –

LV-3: with basic Olympic Lifts.
LV-4: with all Lifts (except snatch), and many accessory Olympic lifts.
