This all-day clinic will help you better understand how Body Balance is essential to achieving athletic success in rowing. Coach Kaehler will be in San Diego, CA for the Crew Classic on March 26th, 27th and 28th of 2010. For those interested he will be available to run you through his Body Balance Structural Evaluation process during that weekend. Understanding your specific imbalances is key to developing maximum strength and power in all endurance sports, including rowing. Once your specific imbalances are identified Coach Kaehler will immediately show you how to implement your specific corrective exercise program. You will also receive .pdf pictures and detailed text on how to perform each exercise, this is a great reference tool which will help you to implement this corrective body balance process. The key to maximizing your power and strength and reduce your injury risk in rowing comes from proper body balance. 2010 Winter/Spring – Rowing Training Camp – Wrightstown, PA

Coach Kaehler is hosting an on-land training camp for experienced rowers of all levels who want to make an easy transition back onto the water in the spring! This informative, active training camp will improve rowing strength and skills, so you are ready for the Spring rowing season
Camp details: The camp will be held on Wednesday afternoons from 3:15pm – 4:45 pm and Sunday mornings from 6:30am -8:30 am, beginning on Wednesday, February 10th through Wednesday April 7th, 2010. All camps will be located at the Transcend Sports Training facility in Wrightstown, Pennsylvania.
Body balance is the key to helping athletes reach their maximum potential with rowing and strength training related to rowing. Each participate will receive Coach Kaehler’s specialized structural evaluation to identify any musculoskeletal imbalances that may be present. In addition, participants will receive their own personalized corrective exercise program to help restore and strengthen body balance.
Participants will learn proper body mechanics for both rowing and strength training, allowing for the optimal athletic progression. Sessions include work on the Concept 2 rowing ergometer, as well as strength training in the fully equipped, modern, gym. In addition to weekly sessions, athletes will receive a program for additional training to be completed on their own during the week.
Convenient Location! 30 minutes from Princeton and 35 minutes from Philadelphia
Individualized Instruction in a small camp format!

2010 – CRASH-B Winter Training Camp – Wrightstown, PA
October 11, 2009
Coach Kaehler is setting up a winter training camp in preparation for the CRASH-B sprints. This program will include one to two coached session per week in a small class setting. These sessions will include a strength training component and an erg component. Also available is individual program development for the CRASH-B’s which will blend with the above program. At this time the CRASH-B Winter Training Camp is tentative and will move forward depending upon demand. The class size will be limited to 6-8 rowers. More details about this program will be posted in the next several days, or please feel free to contact Coach Kaehler directly for more details.
This program will be conducted at the Transcend Sports Training Facility in Wrightstown, PA (30 minutes from Princeton and 35 minutes from Philadelphia). All levels are welcome!
